Intellectual property

The layout, structure and graphic and textual elements, as well as the software, texts, videos, animated and non-animated images, know-how and all other elements making up the SITE are the property of ILLIZ and are subject to the laws governing intellectual property.

Use of the WEBSITE does not confer any rights on INTERNAUTES. These rights remain the exclusive property of ILLIZ.

All texts, data, logos, images, videos, photographs and trademarks (without this list being exhaustive) reproduced on the SITE are reserved and protected by the Intellectual Property Code, in particular copyright, trademark law, etc. Any use and/or reproduction is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable in accordance with the provisions of the said Code. Personal data 

Type of data collected :

The data collected and subsequently processed by ILLIZ is that which the Customer voluntarily transmits to ILLIZ via the contact form on the WEBSITE. This data consists of the INTERNET USER's name and e-mail address. 

Purpose of collecting personal data:

The INTERNAUTES authorise ILLIZ to save this personal information in an ILLIZ file, with a view to processing their contact e-mail. 

This data will also be used to reply to the WEBMASTER. 

Transmission of data to third parties :

Insofar as necessary for the purposes set out above, the data collected may be transmitted to ILLIZ's technical service providers (IT service providers, hosts, etc.) in order to respond favourably to the INTERNET USER's requests.

ILLIZ undertakes not to transmit the data provided to third parties outside the European Union. 

Data retention :

The data collected is stored and kept for a period of 1 month from the date of fulfilment of the purposes set out above, in compliance with the legislation in force.

Right of access and rectification :

The operation and use of the SITE are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute concerning, in particular, the use or content of the WEBSITE, the INTERNET USER is hereby informed that he/she may have free recourse to a consumer mediator, after an attempt at amicable settlement has failed, directly with ILLIZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
